I am so disappointed by this product.  I was so excited to get a watch that was supposed to be reputable.  I purchased my FitBit Versa on EBay and it was supposed to be directly from the manufacturer.  I was so wrong.  I bought this in November and by December the touchscreen was touch and go.  Fast forward to the beginning of February and the touchscreen doesn’t work and it is shutting on and off essentially not functioning and completely draining the battery.  I contacted the seller and was told to contact FitBit chat where I was essentially told to factory reset it. I have done this so many times yet it doesn’t help at all.  This FitBit came brand new and they do not back their products despite it being new because of it being bought from a private seller even though I thought that it was from the manufacturer.  This is just ridiculous that I wasted my money on such a piece of crap watch.  So now I sit here with wasted money and a broke watch.  When will they back their products when they come new but yet don’t work?

Too cranky story. Most probably the subject was ref in the best case.

So because I am upset with the product this makes my story too cranky?  The lady from FitBit chat was very helpful and I was grateful and pleasant to her.  I am just disappointed with the product.  I think anyone would be in my shoes and it sounds like this is a very common problem with this watch as I have looked through troubleshooting.

Yeah I think that a call to EBay is needed.  I love the watch just am disappointed that I got one that is dysfunctional.  This seller obviously doesn’t back their product they sell.  Makes me mad.
