I have the Versa2 paired with the iPhone X. I'm getting call, text, and app notifications just fine. However, my weather is always off on my clock face and in the built in weather app on the Versa2.
- Both devices are connected to wifi
- Both devices are paired to one another
- All-Day Sync is turned on in the FitBit app
- Weather app permissions has everything checked in the FitBit app
- Background refresh is allowed on iPhone
- Location information is set to always allow on iPhone
What I continue to see is I'll look at my clock face and the temp hasn't changed over an hour ago. I'll look directly in the weather app on the Versa2 and it will say to sync the FitBit app to get updated info. So I'll grab my phone and let it sync the Versa2, then the temp updates on the clock face but the weather app on the Versa2 now says updated 22m ago or 35m ago as it's never showing immediate temps.
The whole point of having weather on my ClockFace or using app is to get a first glance at the temp outside but if I have to open my phone each time in order to sync when what's the point.
For reference, I'm using Maker for the Clockface to display the weather temp.
Am I missing a setting somewhere or is the clock face or app the problem?
