Versa Lite Quit Working

Today my Versa Lite quit working with no warning. Black screen, will not reset, is not syncing to the app, and the suggestion on this forum to delete the device from the app and add it back did not work. When I attempt to pair it back up, it searches for, but cannot find, the device. The was a Christmas gift and as such, should be under warranty. It is used appropriately and has not even been in water despite it being capable. How do I get this replaced ASAP?

So sorry-The same thing happened to me! The Versa lite was a replacement purchase for my Versa, which died twice. I used the coupon Fitbit sent to purchase the Versa lite which has now died after two months. I have never showered or swam in it and treated it very carefully and according to product recommendations. Bottom line: Fitbit products suck!!! Now waiting for a replacement of my Versa lite and hoping for better luck, but at this point I will NEVER purchase another Fitbit product.
