For the past two months my watch has not been calculating BPM. The green indicator lights are also out. I cleaned it, made sure my arm was clean, reset it the watch and did a factory reset. It still isn't working.

Here is another thing for you to try, @whitneyball - from your Versa clock face, swipe left to Settings, then swipe down to Heart Rate. Make sure it is set to On.

I have the band that came with the watch and it’s been snug during my workouts, nothing new from when it was working properly. It’s not just that it’s not showing on the watch, the green indicator lights aren’t even working. This is second versa I’ve gotten because the first one also malfunctioned. Every year this watch breaks and I’m following the care directions. I just need to invest in something better.
