FitBit app not tracking exercise properly

when I run I initiate tracking through the app. My Versa also auto recognizes the activity. I haven't had any issues in the past.

this past Saturday and Sunday I started the tracker as usual. while i'm running it updates me on my distance and pace as it normally does.

But when I finish and save the activity it doesn't actually log all of my stats. there is not GPS image of my route, the time stamp is incorrect, the distance is wrong, no average pace, no mile splits.

I noticed that the app created 2 separate activity logs. i believe one is where my versa auto recognized the activity and the other from me manually starting the tracker.

i have checked and all updates are installed, everything is connected and paired. i have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

There is a known bug that fitbit are investigating that may explain some, if not all, of your problems. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:
