FitBit not working Black Screen

I purchased my Fitbit August 2018 and suddenly today the screen has gone back and when I press the buttons there are green lines down the screen. It worked perfectly fine this morning I have just gone to check the time in the PM and it won’t work? Can someone help?

How is best to contact FitBit for warranty?

Since August 2018, I am on 3rd Versa. The first 2 did the same as yours. Just died. Fitbit replaced both, but if this 3rd one dies, which I think will happen, (battery has gone from 3 day charge to 40 hours)will be out of warranty, and end my relationship with Fitbit forever. Good luck!
