FitBit screen won’t turn off

Last night I put my FitBit versa 2 in sleep mode and the screen still kept coming on. Then I noticed it would not go off at all. I can press the button and it turns right back on. I took it off and put it on the charger (it still had 50%, but what the heck, give it a shot) and the screen did not turn off all night. I have tried turning the FitBit off and it comes right back on. Everything else seems to be working. Before I factory reset it I want to see if there is anything else that can be done?

I figured it out. It was the clock face I had selected. It seems to have a bug but I have changed it to something else and it is working just fine now.

Hi @jbillits - You can check to see if you have inadvertently turned on the Always On Display. On your Versa 2, swipe down from the clock face and tap the Quick Settings icon. Then tap the Always On icon at the bottom left. If you see it is set to Always On, you can tap it to turn that feature off.  Please let us know if that helps. You can find more details here

I checked and it was not turned on but I turned it on and then off just to make sure and it still won’t turn off. I even changed the screen mode to only come on when the button is pressed and it still won’t stay off.
