Fitbit 2 Versa Countown won't reset.

I purchased this about 6 weeks ago. It replaced a previous fitbit versa 2 that died after 3 years Since the old fitbit  Versa 2 worked so long I decided to get another versa 2.

Everything was fine until I started changing watchbands to something I liked. After several changes I noticed that the COUNTDOWN won't reset.

It will pause and start and countdown but it wont reset.

I have tried swiping up, swiping down and it doesn't work. If I press the circle-arrow above I will get an hourglass timer but no reset. It has about 40% timer. How do I fix this?

I'm sorry. There is no way to edit posts. In the last line I meant to say "40% power" not"timer." thank you.
