When Customize Clock Face is pressed comes up with a white blank screen and the settings section of the watch apps when press on settings to change information for the watch app comes up with a blank white screen too.
Fitbit could this be fixed?

Have you tried clearing the Fitbit app cache?

Have you checked for updates to both the phone and the Fitbit app?

Yes made no difference. The Fitbit app customize clock face button is not working just come up with a white blank screen.

I have already contacted Fitbit support but did not help me all they say is we are aware of the issue but have done nothing about and also give troubleshooting step but non of them work. Thanks for your help.
