I haven’t logged into my app for a few days and tries this morning, but nothing loads. It freezes on a white screen and I don’t even have the option to logout. I have tired closing the app, turning off my phone and even turning my Fitbit on and off and nothing works. Any suggestions because I don’t really want to delay the app in case it loses all my data. Thanks!

Mine is the same. I’ve also force closed it, disconnected Bluetooth, updated IOS and looked for Fitbit app updates - none. Any other ideas?
