Can anyone help?!

my versa was constantly flashing on the other day & battery died. Has been charged but now wont come on! I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips but still wont come on! 
has it died for good? It is 2yrs old

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Hi, my versa has the same issue.  It was working fine and suddenly the face was flashing and turned dark. Now, It is totally dead.  The sensor is not flashing either.   Had tried to reset per instruction, but has no response at all.  Put it on charger, no response.   Is there any other way to reactivate it?  Thanks for your help.

Thanks for replying.
I have tried all those tips apart from turning off. The screen on the watch doesn’t come on, so unable to get into settings to do this!
The sensor on the back was flashing yesterday & was picking up heart rate when I put it on.
It’s not working now though and the app is not finding the device. Think the battery has drained overnight!
Has it come to the end of it’s life?

Mine just did the same thing. Yesterday it was flashing on and off by itself, then tonight it just went dead. No lights at all. No heart rate sensors, no response to anything.
