My daughters phone isn't compatible with the fitbit app and wont download to her phone. I downloaded fitbit connect on my laptop and it says the versa isn't compatible with the connect app. How do I go about this so I can up this darn watch?

The Fitbit Connect app is not updated for the newer devices. Search the store for the Fitbit for Windows. This should work for the newer devices.

Sorry to hear that you can't download the Fitbit app on your daughter's phone, the computer's software doesn't work with the Versa and for the delay in my reply. As @wtksk8r mentioned you will need to download the Fitbit app for computer. I just wanted to add that this is only available for Windows 10 computer. Mac computer can still use the Fitbit connect software. Also it is odd that your couldn't download the app on your daughter's phone. Which phone does she has?
