In order to load music on a versa 2, i understand that it requires connecting to a computer. We have an i mac. After downloading fitbit connect for i mac, we chose to "set up a new device". This led to a prompt asking "which type of device" and showed a list of many fitbit trackers but NOT Versa 2. I chose Blaze because we had no other choice. Predictably, the app did not find the Versa 2 and we are unable to connect the Versa 2 to our i Mac, which means we are unable to load music onto the Versa 2. Can you help resolve this issue?

@elisebby A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you Fitbit Connect software not recognizing the Versa 2. Which version of the Fitbit Connect software and Mac OS do you have? Are both up to date? Try deleting the app from your computer and then download the installer from the website here.
Let me know how it goes.

@elisebby Can you please clarify something? Is your Versa 2 already set up on your account? If it is already set up, then you should just need to transfer your music from iTunes. Here is a link to the Help article that has all the information about transferring music from iTunes. My iMac is running Mac OS Catalina. Catalina has Music, not iTunes. I have not found a way to transfer music using Music. The instructions don't apply.
