Fitbit Logo flashing, will not refresh or sync.  I have tried to reset it and factory reset it. Nothing works, the logo still flashes. Any ideas?

Thank you so much for taking the time to troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa flashing a Fitbit logo. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them.
