Hi All, I have the Fitbit Versa. I've had it about 18 months. Last night I noticed that the screen was lit up but not showing the time. I flicked my wrist a few times to try and see if it came on. I pressed the back button and tried to swipe the screen. Nothing happened. The screen was still lit up but nothing showing.
I tried to do a factory reset, the screen went completely black and wouldn't switch back on.
I thought maybe the battery had died, but remembered I'd only charged it the day before and last I looked at lunch time had about 80% remaining. I put my versa on charge and left it over night hoping it would be ok this morning. Went to it and still nothing, however it did vibrate for my alarms at 6 and 6:30 even though the screen was completely blank, not even lit up.
Has anyone had anything similar or can anyone help?
