Hi there,
I had Fitbit Pay set up previously, but the card grayed out and wouldn't work. When trying to reload the card I get the following error when I open Wallet: Error Registering Versa 3 with Fitbit Pay Wallet. Error connecting to Versa 3 Make sure it's close by and turned on. Both are the case and the watch is syncing fine. I cleared the cache for the app, uninstalled and installed, reloaded the watch in the app, rebooted my phone and nothing works. What else can I do? TIA for the help.

What version Android is tour phone running.?
If below version 9 you should not update?
