Fitbit Pay

I am very disappointed that Fitbit supports very few  Canadian banks . During  this pandemic, I am surprised that the company is not actively  promoting contactless payment. Excuse me, scratch that... they ARE advertising contactless payments as part of their marketing strategy to Canadian customers... they are just not "doing it". It is not accessible for almost all major Canadian banks except for one..

Please ensure that people know this before purchasing their Fitbit.

Hello @GinFerg and welcome to the Help forums.  It is my understanding that banks are the one who choose to participate in Fitbit Pay.  My major US bank does not.  I contacted my bank, using the online account message feature, and asked about Fitbit Pay.  I name dropped every major US bank that participates.  They responded that since they support Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, they saw no need to support Fitbit Pay.  Contact your bank.  Make an impassioned pandemic plea.
