my app on my phone isn't finding my watch. It won't sync up so none of my data on my watch is being logged in the app. It hasn't synced since Thursday and it is Saturday now.

Mine is exactly the same. Stopped syncing on wed afternoon and now can’t find my device on the app or on my iPhone. Ive tried all the usual things, delete app, restart phone, restart watch, turn Bluetooth off and on and nothing is working!!! 😩

Same with mine!  It first lost a few minutes of time, then it failed to sync. Have tried turning off/on Bluetooth, restarted phone, restarted app, restarted watch, etc etc.  It won't recognize the Fitbit, and it continues to lose time.  I'm extremely disappointed and upset!  Please help?! 😔

Hello @ErinSherry

One of the common problems that would prevent your watch from syncing if it is already paired to another device (such as your Laptop). Therefore, please follow the following steps:

  1. Turn all Bluetooth devices (tablet, laptop, phone) having Fitbit App installed on it. Make sure non has Bluetooth on.
  2. Wait for 5 minutes, then turn Bluetooth on your phone.
  3. Wait for couple of minutes.
  4. Then open the FitBit app on your phone and drag down to force a sync.
  5. Wait for a few minutes and it should be all good.

My Versa idling the same thing. I noticed the time was wrong. So tried syncing and it won’t sync. Tried all the usual suggestions of turning off and on, turning Bluetooth off and on. Nothing works!😢

I'm having the same issues now.

My Versa 2 is now 1 year old.

One week ago, I noticed that my Versa 2 was suddenly draining its battery incredibly fast.

This was before the 4.2 firmware update and I didn't change any settings or installed any additional apps, clocks or what not.

After the firmware update a few days ago - which sadly didn't help the battery drain issue - I decided to reset my Versa 2 to factory settings.

Since that, my iPhone 7s and my Versa 2 can no longer connect via bluetooth.

What the hell is wrong with here?!

I have a replacement Versa and mine wont sync to add a clock face. I am connected to wifi, followed all the directions, turn off on, add remove bluetooth, etc... I have been disconnect 3 TIMES from chat support. All I want is to be able to use the watch, it shouldn't be this difficult! I have a samsung phone.

Mines lost over an hour of time now, it was 20 minutes when I first noticed it. Won't sync at all since 14th August
