Tuesday night my account had an attempted hacking. I received a email change email and an password change email. I changed my password straight away. However since then the Device Lock code on the app isn't working. I have removed Fitbit Pay from the Website. And the Pin still works on the actual device, but when I try and change it on the app the error message "error connecting to versa 2" appears... Anyone else experienced this and know the solution?

Factory reset completed!!!! I also reckon the issue may have gone away if I had tried to access the app from a different phone but it's all good now! Hopefully the last time ill have a problem!

Been in contact with them since Tuesday night and still do not have a solution. Will a factory reset reset the pin as well or is that linked to my account rather than the device?

@E.M.M.A , a warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your information and for contacting Support. A factory reset could help in this case. 

I asked Support about your case, and was told that they received a call from you and the already sent you an email with instructions. If the instructions provided did not help you, just answer the last mail received from Support so that they can help you further.
