Good afternoon and I pray all is wonderful. Does premium include Fitbit and Apple Health syncing? If so, I would truly consider upgrading.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'd suggest you check this article on How to connect your Fitbit account with another app?.

 

Some users usually find it useful to unpair and then pair both apps again to refresh the performance, if you have both apps already paired.

 

Also you can check this thread where another user shared other ways to sync information with Apple Health.
