Fitbit Premium Sleep SpO2 doesn't work

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Versa2 and have been a Premium subscriber since it began.  For a year and one half, the Sp02 has not been reporting in Sleep.  I have called support on three occasions and have worked through the problem on my own several times.  (I have the clockface downloaded which shows the average nightly 02 but I want the nightly graph.)  All efforts have been unsuccessful.  I have been told that my name has been added to those who are having an issue and they cannot resolve it at this time.  (over a year and a half!)  I am an O2 and CPAP user.  I bought premium membership for the sleep report in particular the 02 data. Has anyone solved this problem and has anyone been successful in having a portion of their premium fee credited?  Or does anyone know if/when this problem will be fixed.  Thank you.

It does not work on the versa 2. According to their own website.

Thanks for responding.  But it used to work fine for about a year.  Also, tech support said it was a problem they were working on after trying to fix it with me online several times.  Can you direct me to where on the website it states that if it is not too much trouble.  All of the other sleep stats work fine.

Exaxt same problem.  I am going to cancel premium membership since this was the ONLY feature that was needed.

I had to pruchase an o2 ring from Viacom Wellvue health which works great for tracking my night o2.  I also will be canceling my Premium.

I really am tired of complaining about this problem. Sp02 was an essential feature for me to have because of medical conditions . Like the subscriber above it worked beautifully for the first year.Added to this is the lack of communication between Fitbit and me.

I did cancel my fitbit premium.   At some point I will purchase a new smart watch.  Probably not fitbit.  Waiting to decide if I want to change my phone etc to Apple.
