Fitbit doesn’t offer anywhere to review their products online, so I wanted to share my Fitbit expirience.
I understand a warranty to every product but after warranty is up they really do not offer any help to keep their consumers engaged with their products.
I really only used the Fitbit Versa 2 for 1 consistent year since covid shutdown closed gyms and the band broke several times throughout the 2 years I had it.
you do need to sync the device every couple days because notifications will stop coming through (Not a big deal). Which is a bit of a nuisance, since it shows that it is still connected to Bluetooth.
prices for how they market themselves, I do not believe are worth the product. Every review I read on forums usually receive technical issues just after a year when warranty is up, therefore, you will most likey need to pay $300 a year-2 years for a new Fitbit.
just around 1 month ago. The battery completely died on me and even after it charges it loses a percent every minute so it is on for around 90 minutes.
there is a constant debate on whether you should purchase a Fitbit or Apple Watch but Fitbit is suppose to geared toward a working out and sleep tracking device that Apple products lack in. Although I do believe that Apple watches last longer, so take your pick.
When the Fitbit was operating as adertised, they preform great and I truly enjoy using it while I weight train, swim, run, and sleep.

I had same issue. My unit was under warrantee but what I got back from the service department was a defective unit. I was told that the original unit was now out of warrantee and there is no warrantee on the replacement they just sent. I don't consider sending a defective unit as honoring the warrantee. This was my third Fitbit and with the recall I've lost confidence in the product quality and warrantee service. As much as I have liked Fitbit I'm going to replace it with another brand.
