Fitbit Special edition clock face AND sync problems

No physical damage has happened to my Versa. My clock face is wrong, and it wont sync with the app, despite being on Bluetooth for the first time since May.

My clock face is also wrong, and it's several mimutes behind.

I've already restarted the FitBit app and irestartee my Versa.

Update: registering my Versa as a new device has fixed my problem.
