My fitbit Versa (Special Edition) is stuck in a boot loop. This means that it begins to turn on, stalls, then restarts. I am not able to access anything on the device because of this, as well as not being able to perform a restart or factory reset. I've drained the battery multiple times hoping this would solve the issue, but the second the fitibit touches the charger the boot loop begins again. This has been happening for about a week now, and nothing I have done has fixed the issue. I have looked through the forums for similar issues and have found very little information.
The issue happened while I was on a roller coaster, possibly from the rapid shaking or movement changes. I understand that the issue would be my fault if this is the case.
