Fitbit Versa 1 count too much floor

Hi everyone.

My fitbit Versa 1 count too much floor. My office on 10th floor, when i use elevator, my fitbit still count floor. can you show me how to fix this issue, or how to edit or remove "ghost" floor counter on fitbit app?

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is counting too many floors. Thank you for sharing those pictures.

 

Your watch is designed to detect pressure changes based on elevation gain, but other types of pressure changes—such as a gust of wind, a weather change, or opening a door—can occasionally cause your Versa to register extra floors. It registers 1 floor when you climb about 10 feet, which is the average between residential and commercial floor heights. 

 

Whether you consider that your readings are not accurate, you can restart your watch by following these steps.

 

You can negate extra floors by following the instructions on this article.
