Hello @jonedgley and a warm welcome. Individual banks decide whether to participate in Fitbit Pay or not. My advice is to contact NatWest by some type of message (something with a digital trail). I contacted my bank and did get a message back saying that they weren't considering it at this time.

I had the same issue, though got around it by getting a Curve debit mastercard. Curve works with fitbit pay and you can link your current cards to it, so you still pay from the same card essentially.
