Fitbit Versa 2 Bluetooth Audio Quality

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When pairing wireless audio devices directly to the Versa 2. The audio quality is terrible and in my opinion, unusable. I even tried the most direct option, whereas to download the Fitbit desktop program and manually transferred songs to the Versa 2. The audio quality is still terrible. The timing seems to change (as if it's stuttering), plus it adds an odd crackling/ticking noise. I would like to point out the my bluetooth speaker and headphones don't do this on any other devices, just the Versa 2.

It's now 12/27/19 and the problem has persisted throughout the introduction of the versa and into the versa 2.  I honestly believe that Fitbit has no intention of fixing this problem on either the versa or the versa 2.  I understand that this feature is only available on watches with twice the price point of the Fitbit but it doesn't excuse Fitbit from providing and advertising a product with an unusable feature.  Where in the world is this company's QA program.  It has to be non-existent.
