I bought a Versa 2 for Christmas. Recently, I’ve noticed that the screen won’t swipe and sometimes the touch screen buttons won’t work either for a daily alarm I have set. I’ve attempted resetting the watch numerous times and that does not work. I have also checked for updates and it is fully updated. I am not able to swipe down to see any of my health information or swipe to the right to get to any apps. Occasionally I can swipe down to see notifications but it will not work to scroll through them. It’s a huge disappointment to not be able to use the watch for 95% of its ability. Hoping there is a fix out there?

If you’re able to get it to partially work ever, try factory reset. Otherwise, mine did this back early January a month after I got it for Christmas and I contacted customer support. They sent me a replacement at no charge pretty quickly.

I just attempted a factory reset and sadly it didn’t work either. 😕

mine is brand new and the screen is non-responsive I did a reset and still nothing
