I'm currently experiencing some difficulties with my Fitbit, it's only a few months old and I did run the battery right down, and now it's not charging I've cleaned it multiple times and the charger and changed the charger connector to different sockets but it's still not charging, I've read that you need to leave it for 30 mins, but I've had it on charge for nearly 6 hours and there is still no life in it yet... Anyone have any suggestions please

I would contact support use help link at top of forum
Also See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Hope you find a fix! My fitbit has had lots of problems. Customer service may be able to help you. But my best advice based on my 2 years with Fitbit... see about a refund. And run from Fitbit. Also, be aware that if they send you a replacement it voids your warranty apparently so if they send you a new one and that new one becomes defective in 5-6 months then they won't stand behind their product. I speak from experience.
