Fitbit Versa 2 calorie issue

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

Bought brand new Versa 2 a hour back, while I was setting up my device I came to notice It is showing 1460 calories burned. When I put it in charge the number keeps on going up.

Even I can see history for calorie data.

Anybody had this issue? Is there any solution? Is it a faulty device ?

Thanks & Regards,

SUKKESH.

Those are your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that you are always burning just by being alive.  They are credited even when you are not wearing the tracker, and show in history as far back as you look.  There is not way to erase them from history.

See How does my Fitbit device calculate calories burned?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
