Fitbit Versa 2 - does not sync

All of a sudden my Versa 2 will not sync I have done all the updates it will not even reconzine my wifi

Did you tried the other steps and tips described here? Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

These steps and tips do not work for me.

My Versa 2 keeps loosing connection with my phone - it is "paired" for few minutes (sometimes an hour) and then I need to go to my phone settings, forget the watch, go to the fitbit app to pair them again and meanwhile I missed like few notifications because I am used to see my watch for notifications, not the phone itselft... any idea when you will fix it?

Please follow these steps, some you have already done, but the order is important:

  • Restart your Versa 2.
  • Please on the phone, go to Settings>Bluetooth and remove all connections that exist with the watch. (Forget, ignore or unpair device depending on the phone's operating system version)
  • Turn off Bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  • When the phone is back on, turn the Bluetooth on again, but DO NOT try to connect to the Versa 2 from there.
  • Go on the app. From here, try setting up the watch as a new device.
