I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled.
I’ve rebooted my watch.
I’ve checked my weight and height.
seems to me this began when my watch recently updated. Any ideas how to fix this?
1 hour 21 mins walk is showing 69 steps and 87 calories.
my zone minutes have stopped recording as well along with my heart rate.

Go into Settings and make check you don't accidentally have Heart Rate turned off.

The problem is that fitbit is having to many issues, that honestly; should not occur. I’ve owned an Inspire, Charge5; and now a Versa2. In order for me to get an SpO2 read out; I HAVE TO CHANGE CLOCK FACES!! What a joke!! That’s ABSURD. I spoke with fitbit about a week ago, I told them I will NEVER buy another fitbit device. I will buy either a Garmin or Apple.

You obviously were getting credited plenty of steps during the day prior to that walk. Did you get steps credited after it?
Factory resets scare me. I've never seen them solve anything. Did you try a restart first?
Are you seeing any heart rate at all or just blank, on Fitbit and phone? Any steps being recorded?

I’m pretty sure it was the latest update that screwed my Fitbit.
you can see it was fine until mid April which is when I did the update. I restarted the watch multiple times, reinstalled the app etc.
the sensor on the back isn’t even lighting up, but I’m fairly certain my heart is still beating 🙂
to answer your questions, no heart rate on app or watch. Steps are accurate overall, just not in the exercise tab.
