Fitbit Versa 2 stopped charging

Hi

My fitbit versa 2 has stopped charging it was on 0% but now the screen is black ive tried everything to restart it

but nothing.Ive even bought a new charger but still nothing has my fitbit died

Hi Andrea

Thanks for getting back i have looked on the article as you advised me  but still nothing ive even plugged the charger in different sockets around the house and still black screen ive left the watch charging for over 3 hours and still nothing.
