Today I went into my Fitbit app and it asked me to log in. Usually I'm already logged in on my phone. Once I logged in I found that all of my data has been erased. I have already turned off the phone and the Fitbit. Uninstall the Fitbit app and reinstalled it and still nothing. 3 and 1/2 years worth of data gone! Did anyone else have this problem today?

I understand how frustrating this could be and have you checked if you used the correct email address to log in?
