Hey..

 

so my Fitbit versa 2 went dead today. I had battery around 40%.. and it stopped showing images, respondi to touches, buttons.. everything. 

I even connected it to charging and nothing happens. 

Happen to anyone else?

@Mike_pedro, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it has become unresponsive. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your Fitbit Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

I had the same problem yesterday going to try troubleshooting. Fingers crossed! Only had for 8 months.

Mines flat too. Had plenty of battery life but just seems to have been zapped. Trying to charge and the logo displays for a couple of seconds then goes off. Been on charge over 30 mins now and nothing displaying on the screen. Reset tried to no gain.
