Fitbit Versa 2 won't turn on

my fitbit versa 2 won't power on after factory reset.. can anybody help me with this.. just brought last Oct changi airport singapore.

@xtiannavarro, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on.

I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps the are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I just received my versa 2 in the mail about an hour ago. It won't turn on and nothing shows up on the screen when out on the charger

Exact same thing has just happened to me today

Contacted Fitbit and only got what I had already read in troubleshooting, try an other device, hold down button, check points clean Etc & then can’t help you further - return to POP 😞

So I just got it in the mail, it powered on and showed 50%+ on battery life, then screen went black. I had it on the charger for a while, then pushed the buttons to turn it on, nothing. I struggled for an hour. Then I just let it sit on the charger for 30 minutes and when I took it off, it powered right on.

Ridiculous that this happens and seems like the Fitbit team didn’t offer much support. It’s a little displeasing considering how much they cost. Mine just stopped syncing and now has a black screen. I’m going to charge and see what happens ... it was at 53% then would not sync so I have been troubleshooting. Nevertheless, nothing on the screen. I hope charging it will do something.

My Fitbit was @100% at 12:00pm at 9:00 pm I. Realize it’s not on and I can’t get it to power on black screen and has not been syncing for two days even though it was powering on then

I'm having the exact same problem. It's fully charged but hasn't synced since yesterday morning.
