I was going to give my Versa to my son as he wanted a smart watch, and I had just upgraded after having the Versa for almost 2 years. I went to factory reset the watch prior to giving it to him and now there is nothing. I have tried pushing the 3 buttons as other posts have advised, but this was not successful either. The watch was 100% charged prior to completing the reset, so it's not a battery issue. My Versa is in good shape otherwise, but a factory reset kills it??? REALLY? I have seen other posts in the FitBit community who have had this issue, but no resolution has been stated. Does anyone have any tips? I find this to be very frustrating and unfair as I have taken good care of the watch only for a factory reset to ruin it.

Hi @ShandaE, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa went black and it won't turn on after you tried a factory reset. This process should not have done this to the watch. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I tried placing it on the charger as requested, but there was nothing - no vibration...nothing. Again, the Versa was 100% charged immediately prior to me completing the factory reset yesterday. It is not a battery issue or an issue with my device being able to be charged as it was fully charged. I reviewed the "this help article." I again tried the 3 button reset. There is nothing but a black screen. My Versa was working perfectly prior to me selecting factory reset, and as I stated before the factory reset is what caused my watch to stop working. I have reviewed several other posts and this appears to be a common problem. I am seeking help to get my Versa to turn on/function again and inquiring what others have found to be successful, and I am hoping it's not a 25% or 35% off coupon that other's have mentioned. I really just want my watch to work.
