Versa 2: Heart rate and active zone tracking issue

My versa 2 does not correctly take my heart rate and therefore dies not calculate my active zone minutes. 
mall was fine until the new update to include active zone minutes - think something in the update went wrong - I’m currently in my second replacement device and gave had no luck with Fitbit support - anyone else with this issue ?
