Is the option to setup a mobile track available for the samsung galaxy s20 plus. I've tried everything I've seen on other posts but most of them all seem to be for older model phones. I'm unable to wear my versa 2 to work, so I'm hoping there's a way I've maybe missed, so I'm able to track my activity a little closer. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Craigsander, welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that if you have a Fitbit device currently paired in your Fitbit account, MobileTrack will not be available as this feature was meant to be used by Fitbit app users that don't have a device to track their stats. That being said, if you would like to use this specific feature, you'll need to unpair the Versa 2 from your account in order to set it up, process that will not be so easy if you have to do it every day before going to work. An alternative option to track your activity a little closer while you're not using your device is to approximately log the steps you took during the day following the instructions that are specified on: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
