The screen had gone black but is vibrating still. I’ve tried holding the button to restart but can’t tell as the screen is blank. very frustrating as the products are expensive!

 

not sure what to do next

I’ve tried reconnecting the device, and now the app needs a code which is supposed to be on the screen which I cannot see.
