I just received a replacement for my Versa 3 which came apart. When I click on the side button, all I see are different languages telling me to download the Fitbit app., then it shuts off. What should I do now?

Assuming you already have the Fitbit app because you were using it before, just go into the app, logged in with the same id, and do Add a Device.

Hi there, thank you so much for your quick response. I am sorry, but I am a little bit confused right now.
I have the Fitbit app on my Windows laptop, but I believe I can't use it anymore to sync the Fitbit. I think I must do it through my iPhone. Is this correct?
I set up the wifi network on the iPhone. I see remove this Versa 3 on the face of the iPhone. Am I supposed to assume that this message is for the old Versa 3? I haven't done this yet.
When I turn on the Versa 3, all I get is different languages saying to download Fitbit. I really don't understand this at all because it just goes blank after this. I can't see anything else on the Fitbit watch face.
Please please help me out here Johnny

I just use the phone app, so cannot address the laptop part.
If you have the Fitbit app on your iPhone and you are logged in with the same email you were using before,
on the phone app, press your profile pic, then 'Set up a Device"; it asks what device you are setting up - Versa 3; it says something like, 'you already have a Versa 3 set up. are you replacing this?' Answer yes, and continue.
