Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had my fitbit since May 2019. Today i noticed condensation in the back of my versa and it wouldnt charge for a few hours. It has also said ive burnt 3400calories but only done 6000steps. I would normally have only burnt 1900cal by now. It was showing my heart rate at 160bmp when i was sat down resting - This has never happened before.

please help!

Hello @Clojo19, welcome to the Community forums. Sorry for the late reply.

Thank you for sharing this information about the condensation that you've noticed in the back of your Versa watch.

Regarding the extra steps and calories that you mentioned, let me now if you started to experience this since the condensation appeared on the sensor? In addition, make sure that you've tried to restart your watch following the steps listed here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

About the condensation that you've noticed in the back of the Versa, I've gone ahead and sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance, so you should be getting a reply soon.

Keep me posted.
