Fitbit Versa Dark Gray Screen

My Fitbit Versa screen has all of a sudden turn very grey. Nothing shows up anymore, no time or notifications. The battery is not dead. I have tried restarting it but all it does its blink dark gray. Has this happened to anyone else?

My Versa screen just started acting up also. It’s like receiving interference. I can still read the display through the grey. Also, it doesn’t hold a charge over 10 hours.

I began having the same problem today. I can't even swipe my screen.

My versa seems to be working fine now. No dark grey screen or flickering of display. It almost seems like some kind of interference? Not sure but it’s stopped now. weird!

the same issue just happened on my versa today while doing hot yoga. I've practiced hot yoga in my versa for several months now and no issue. I thought it was water logged. Does it just go away?

I called Fitbit service about the grey screen plus battery draining in less than 12 hours. The rep was helpful but had no resolution for the grey display. He had me change the watch face to one another. One that was more minimized.

So mine went away on it's own the first time, but now the same issue
happened. Same grey black screen like before.

Mine was intermittent sometimes there and sometimes not. I called Fitbit, the rep had try some things. He suggested to change the watch face to one that was minimal which so far has helped.
