I have Fitbit Versa. Few days back, I noticed that my HR sensor has stopped working, it is not tracking my heart rate while I'm sleeping or doing workout or anything else and that green light behind the watch wasn't blinking. I searched about this problem on this platform, so found some solutions like resetting smart watch, doing factory reset, and turning heart rate sensor on/off and then doing restart or shutdown then switching it on again. So firstly I restarted my watch, the HR sensor started working again but unluckily stopped again within a few mins, and this happened multiple times and afterwards this trick has stopped working. Now my HR sensor isn't working, I've tried restarting my smart watch, I did factory reset, I've tried everything almost. So basically the conclusion is My Versa's HR sensor isn't working, and no reset/factory reset is solving this issue. And this problem basically started in the end of March when my watch was in warranty, but due to this LockDown which started in March beginning in India and rest of the world, I couldn't request for replacement as International Flights aren't allowed in India and many parts of the world and now my Versa's warranty is over and this LockDown is still in effect since around 3 months. So anyone has a working solution for this issue?

Same issues with mine. Screen is now frozen and battery won’t hold a charge for more then an hour.

same issue with mine, as of this morning, the BPM just stopped working. it had been getting stuck at times. i've also noticed no green lights at the back. i've tried shutting the heart rate feature on & off and syncing after each, restarting, and shutting down. still nothing. mine is 13 months old. i didn't pay good money for a piece of junk to just randomly stop working, barely out of warranty.
