My screen is frozen on my Fitbit Versa Lite. I have tried resetting, but now get message that data is not cleared, try to sync again.

Best AnswerIf there is another way (I am not very familiar with the lite) then Support will be able to tell you what to do. If they have a way usingbthe button, Id appreciate younletting me know for other customers! So contact them and see what they say.
