Fitbit Versa Lite Screen Frozen

My screen is frozen on my Fitbit Versa Lite. I have tried resetting, but now get message that data is not cleared, try to sync again.

Hi @suzjewel  Try restarting several more times, but if that doesnt clear it then you will need to contact Support

I can’t get to the screen where you see settings to turn it off. Is there another way?

If there is another way (I am not very familiar with the lite) then Support will be able to tell you what to do. If they have a way usingbthe button, Id appreciate younletting me know for other customers! So contact them and see what they say.
