I’ve been trying to update my Fitbit for the last 2 hours! It keeps failing to connect and then when it does finally connect the update bar is going no where!

Nothing is helping me online, is anyone else having this issue or can help???

I would like to follow up on the firmware update issue that your Fitbit Versa Lite is experiencing. Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and see if it gets completed.
