Fitbit Versa Lite Wrong Activity Hours

There is a known issue with Versa and some other products were activity hours don’t match up with the app or don’t sync at all. They’re aware of it but have not released a way to fix it or have put out an update that fixed it. I would like to know if anyone has experienced this issue with the Versa Lite? 

 

Just wondering, might purchase that one just to get rid of that problem.

Thank you for your inquiry. I haven't heard this happening with the Versa lite but I do hope other members will share their particular experiences to either confirm or deny this.

I'm having a synch problem now. My app has logged that I did 16 minutes of activity just after midnight last night and .7 miles and 1600ish steps. But I was definitely in bed and trying to fall asleep. I keep re-synching, and it's still reporting this on the iPhone app (closed the app, restarted phone, no better). My Versa Lite has the right information on the watch face, but that info does not show up when I sync. Thanks.
