Fitbit Versa Lite black screen

Just received my Versa Lite yesterday. Couldn't wait to set it up & put it to use.  Fully charged, downloaded app & nothing!  No time, not anything.  Upon setting up on my phone, my phone  to asks "want to finish setup", when I indicated yes, it just goes back to the question.  Would love to be able to use it, but I'm not going to wait weeks for customer support.  Most likely will get returned

I will gladly assist you with your issue. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this restart the Versa Lite and retry the setup process.
