Ever since I did the recent update, my watch does not stay paired with my iPhone Bluetooth. The time is constantly off by 20 mins or so. I have tried to reset the watch, even deleted the app. I’m not getting any messages or notifications. I haven’t even had this watch a whole year. It’s very frustrating.

Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems? And let me know what is the mobile device that you are using to sync to your phone app; make sure to check if the phone is listed here as a compatible device.
In addition, please keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available at the moment.
